FREE EXERCISES FOR THE EYES

This is the first of my new face exercises. It's my gift to
you as an introduction to the new exercises that will be on
this site in the near future
.

The exercise makes the eyes look
larger by tightening the eye muscles.
This exercise works. Practice until it works for you.
Step 3
Hold fingers in place holding your eyes so wide the
whites are showing.  Try to close your eyes. Hold to
count of 3 and relax the eyes.

Do this exercise 5 times each day. Do the exercise as
long as your eyes need its help.
Step 2

Push your eyebrows up high with your index fingers so
your eyelids hold the whites of your eyes are showing..

With your thumbs, push the skin down so your lower
eyelids are pulled down.
Hold this to count of 3 and repeat about 4 times a day.
Turn your eyes to one side and try to see your
ear. You won't see your ear, but you will work  
                       the eye muscle.
Turn your eyes to the other side and try to see    
       your ear.  Feel the eye muscle working.
Look up and try to see the side of your head    
    above your ear. Hold eyes in place for 4 or   
                              5 seconds.
Look up and try to see your forehead. Hold   
      your eyes in place for a few seconds.
Look up and try to see the side of your head above   
       your ear. Hold in place for about 5 seconds.
                          Exercise 1
Place your index fingers above the outer eyes  
Place your thumbs below the eyes over the
cheek bones.     
                   Exercise 2
Spend at least 6 minutes each day
doing this exercise. You will get
results in about 3 weeks.
