EXERCISES FOR THE EYES

The eye muscles grow weaker after 40. The upper eyelids begin to droop a bit
and grow a little more droopy as years pass. In time they can cover part of the
eyes. These exercises strengthen the eye muscles and slow eyelid droopiness.
