Eyes tend to look smaller when the eye muscles
grow weaker.
If your eyelids have developed a bit of looseness
and appear to sag, it's because the eye muscles
aren't strong enough to hold them as wide open
as they once did.

The Free Exercises are designed to strengthen
the eye muscles and restore a healthy wide open
look to your eyes.

I was over 60 when I finished my book, Face Exercises That Prevent Premature Aging.  Later I invented a
new exercise each time my skin developed an aging sign. My original plan was to write a second book
but
when
the internet came along I  decided to put my new exercises them on a website. The cost will be
$18.95, the price of my first book.

I'm Jeanette Johnson, author of the face exercises book on the left. My
journey to being an inventor of face exercises began when I became aware
I was the ugly kid in my family.  I was red headed, freckle faced, had big
ears that stuck out, and crooked teeth . Being red head, I had thin pale skin
that I was told would "wrinkle early" in my life.

My rebellion as a teenager was against that "wrinkle early" prediction.
No way was I going to be ugly and wrinkled too. I figured I could use
makeup to look less ugly but nothing would hide those early wrinkles.

The first line in my face appeared in my 30's. Being an exercise buff,  I
hoped I could figure out a way to exercise my facial muscles to make that
line go away. When I was successful in developing a number of exercises
that worked, I decided to write a book to share them with others. more

 Age 68
when I was a child I tore up every picture of myself that I could
find because they embarassed me. A few survived and I've put
them here for you to see. It doesn't bother me to see them now.
Thenk goodness my looks did improve when I began
inventing and using my face exercises and it is my pleasure to
share them with you.
I am 78 years young and I still inventing new face exercises.
